Lovely Five #1

This is the debut, the first post of my favorite little things from the week. This week I have five lovely little things to share.

First, I read this post, Day 1 of Jonah at She Reads Truth. This is such a beautiful place to connect with women and read truth. The book of Jonah is such a great opportunity to look at ourselves through his actions. It also shows us our Savior and his pursuit of those who are so unworthy of his love. He loves anyway!

Second, my favorite outfit was from Tuesday. This was my second post for Tuesday Trades. I loved the top that my daughter shared with me. I thought it was a really beautiful piece. I also {and finally} began to like those gray skinnies that I have had in my closet for a while. I think they will become a staple. I can see them being oh so versatile. Here’s the picture.

Third, I started to follow a new blog. {Well, actually I started following a few}.  H&K Style Journey had a great link up for Monday. I loved their mom and daughter concept. Yay, for mom and daughter styles and styling. It’s so fun!

Fourth, I read a great post on a blog I’m following about a Capsule Wardrobe. The blog is Suzie Studios. You can read the post here. Check out her Spring Capsule – it’s gorgeously practical and versatile.

Fifth, I found a great eyeshadow palette at Ulta. They are having one of their 21 Days of Beauty events and Monday this was the steal. I haven’t used Stila before, but I must say I’m a big fan.
